I interviewed my partner thats from Ghana, Africa. He grew up with a strong christian upbringing but realized as he got older and moved to the states that his religion is now shaped on doing good for humanity. Through this conversation, I realized that while we are both not religious, we do hold ourselves to a high standard in being good humans and allowing people to show up as they are, authentically without judgement on race, gender, sexuality, religion, socioeconomics status, birth, etc.
